After your free trial, you'll receive an email notification. To continue using Funic Tech HR, simply select a plan, provide some basic data, and agree to the subscription charges.
Yes, you can easily upgrade or downgrade your plan as Funic Tech HR offers pay-per-use service with flexibility.
No, Funic Tech HR doesn't require long-term commitments or upfront capital investment. You can discontinue using the product at any time.
Yes, an annual subscription plan is available, based on the existing plan and number of users for 12 months. Any changes in plan or users will be reflected in the billing.
There are no cancellation fees or lock-in periods for any of our plans. However, if you have an annual subscription, the remaining credit won't be refunded upon discontinuing the service.
Funic Tech HR accepts online payments (Credit/Debit/Net Banking) through My Account. For offline payments, please contact us at info@funictech.com.
Your data belongs to you. You can access and export your data at any time, regardless of your plan.
We prioritize data security. Strong access control, multi-tenancy architecture, and SSL encryption protect your data, ensuring its safety at all times.
At Funic Tech HR, we value our clients and have a reliable cancellation/refund policy in place for their convenience. Kindly review the following rules governing the cancellation/refund process:
To cancel your account, please notify us at least 15 days before the end of your term by sending an email to info@funictech.com. Once you cancel, your data will be removed from our servers within 90 days. Please ensure that you genuinely wish to deactivate your account, as data deletion cannot be undone.
The automatic renewal will occur at the end of each subscription term. A subscription term could be a month, a year, or any other predefined period for which the subscription was initially purchased.
While customers have the option to upgrade or downgrade their services, the company does not offer refunds for any changes made to the service level. This means that if a customer decides to downgrade their service in the middle of a billing cycle, they will not receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused portion of the higher-tier plan.
In the event of early termination, the company will not refund the money paid for the unused portion of the term. This means that the customer will not receive a refund or reimbursement for the services they will not be using for the remaining duration of the contract.
We reserve the right to modify or terminate Funic Tech HR service(s) at any time, without prior notice.
Please be aware that no refunds are provided, even if a plan is canceled in the middle of the month.
